About Helpling

Helpling is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent domestic cleaners in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Through its website, users can enter their location and cleaning needs and be matched with local, vetted cleaners in about a minute. The platform focuses on recurring home cleaning as well as one-off bookings, with pricing that varies by region and is shown upfront per hour. Cleaners listed on the platform are screened and assessed by Helpling, and customers can review cleaner profiles, ratings, and feedback from other users before confirming a booking. The service emphasizes flexibility, allowing users to change cleaners or cancel within defined terms, and provides customer support for issues related to bookings and service quality. Overall, Helpling functions as a digital intermediary, offering homeowners and renters a structured way to find, book, and manage professional cleaning services while giving cleaners access to additional clients and streamlined scheduling tools.
