About Elfi Santa

Elfi Santa is an online service that creates and delivers personalized video messages and letters from Santa Claus. The company focuses on custom holiday greetings for children, allowing parents, relatives, and caregivers to provide a tailored message that includes the child’s name and other personal details. Products are delivered either as physical mail to a home mailbox or as digital content via email, making them suitable for both last-minute gifts and early holiday planning. Originating in Europe, Elfi Santa has expanded to serve customers in the United States and other countries, sending tens of thousands of messages each year during the Christmas season. The service is designed to enhance family holiday traditions and provide a memorable, child-focused experience. The website operates as a direct-to-consumer platform where customers can select a product type, personalize the content, and choose delivery options. Elfi Santa’s offering is seasonal, with activity concentrated around the Christmas period, but the site remains accessible year-round for information and early ordering. The company positions itself as a specialized provider of authentic, Santa-themed communications rather than a general gift retailer.
