About Elfi Santa (Italy)

Elfi Santa is an online service that creates personalized letters and fully customized video messages from Santa Claus, primarily for children and families. Customers can order a physical or digital letter that appears to come directly from Santa, often including the child’s name and other personal details. The company also produces personalized videos in which Santa addresses the recipient, making the experience feel more immersive and tailored. These products are typically purchased as seasonal gifts or keepsakes around the Christmas period and are designed to be easy to order online through a guided form. Elfi Santa focuses on delivering a high volume of customized messages across Europe and internationally, positioning itself as a large-scale provider of Santa-themed communications. The service is marketed toward parents, grandparents, and other adults looking to add a personalized, story-driven element to holiday celebrations. While the brand operates in Italian and other European languages, it serves customers worldwide who want a festive, child-friendly Santa experience delivered by mail or online.
